TV Schedule terms of use

01Who we are

This website is operated by DeveloperData.net ("Developer Data", "we"), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

They cover tvschedule.org, the API at api.tvschedule.org and the MCP server, together "TV Schedule".

02Your account

• One person or one business per account, with true details. You sign in with Google.
• Keep your API keys to yourself. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your keys.
• If a key gets out, rotate it from your account at once. The old one keeps working for 24 hours, then stops.

03Plans and billing

• Live and Complete are paid through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel.
• A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period.
• Refunds follow the refund rules.
• A purchase may be credited to the partner who referred you, through our partner program. It never changes the price you pay.

04Fair use

Each plan's limits are the fair-use line:

Getting round them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or reading the website in place of the API. We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.

05Using the data

• Use what your key gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show it to your own users.
• Do not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API, feed or file of your own.
• Do not download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing listings product.

06Acceptable use

Nothing unlawful. No probing or load testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data. No scraping pages whose data the API offers.

07Accuracy

Listings, shows and patterns are gathered with care and given as they are, without a warranty that they are complete or free of mistakes. Channels change their schedules, sometimes at short notice, so a programme may air at a different time from the one listed.

08Availability

We aim to keep TV Schedule running and show its state on /status. No plan carries an uptime promise.

09Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.

10Suspension and closing

• We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms. A serious breach can be acted on without notice.
• An account closed for a breach is not refunded.
• You can close your account any time from your account (see Deleting your account).

11Changes

A new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.

12Law and contact

Thai law applies, and the courts of Bangkok decide any dispute. Questions go through Support.
