Pagination

Walking long lists with next_cursor.

Lists that can run long, such as a country's channels or a country's day, come a page at a time. When there is more, meta.next_cursor holds a cursor; send it back as cursor for the next page. When it is null, you have everything.

curl "https://api.tvschedule.org/v1/countries/GB/channels?limit=100" -H "X-API-Key: $TVS_KEY"
# meta.next_cursor: "c2..."
curl "https://api.tvschedule.org/v1/countries/GB/channels?limit=100&cursor=c2..." -H "X-API-Key: $TVS_KEY"

A cursor is opaque: pass it back exactly as it came. /v1/countries/{cc}/schedule/{date} pages by channel, 50 channels a page. Each page is one call against your pace and allowance.
